The role
Opening, closing, and public service at the Museu Marítimo de Mallorca headquarters in Palma.
What you'll do
●Opening and closing of the facilities.
●Customer service, reception, and information for visiting members of the public.
●Management and processing of inquiries, incidents, and complaints.
●Explanation of visiting rules and guidance on museum routes.
●Basic control of the operation of audiovisual equipment, lighting, and other technical systems, reporting incidents to the manager.
●Supervision of the condition and correct placement of exhibition elements during opening and closing.
●Telephone service, receipt of correspondence, and basic administrative management.
●Organization of schedules and coordination of group visits and activities.
●Collection of information and news related to the museum.
●Preparation of statistics for visitors and event attendees.
●Distribution and control of informative and promotional materials.
●Support in the assembly and preparation of spaces for activities, ceremonies, and events.
●Monitoring of the good condition, image, and availability of the museum's communication materials.
How you'll work
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 to 17:00 h
Hours: 15 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Notes: will also cover holidays and public holidays
