The role

Do you want to be part of Automotive Innovation? The NVH Engineer we would like to find will manage the technical development of new technologies in the NVH specialty for new engines in the Automotive sector. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with QCDP commitments (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance), optimizing product and process transversally, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all backed by the team of a major company in the automotive sector.

What you'll do

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hybrid and electric engines, in automotive, as well as in project management, with a special emphasis on innovation and digital transformation.

Your day-to-day will be…

- Collaborate with the Project team and the métier in defining vehicle performance.

- Interpret load specifications, defining the parameters to be met.

- Pilot test progress both with customers and with suppliers.

- Respond regarding compliance with performance.

- Define and validate the customer's technical performance.

- Coordinate technical and documentary deliverables in each phase of the project.

- Make technical and economic decisions to ensure convergence between performance, cost, and quality.

- Drive innovation through research and technological exploration to improve the efficiency and capabilities of hybrid systems.

Requirements

You will succeed in this position if you have…

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive)

3 years of experience in propulsion system development, MAP calibration, or similar automotive technologies.

Advanced knowledge in PowerTrain, hybrids, batteries…

Aptitude for engineering project management and multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge of ETAS INCA, CONCERTO, MATLAB, CANalyzer, PUMA tools will be valued…

Experience in engine validation testing and knowledge of thermal engines.

Good level of English and/or French.

Driving licence
