Requirements

- Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Architecture, Building, Engineering, or Drafting (building/civil engineering projects).
- Functional technical mastery of Autodesk Revit (knowledge of AutoCAD or Navisworks will be valued).

The role
What you'll do
- BIM modeling of architectural, structural, or MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) elements according to project standards.
- Extraction and preparation of 2D graphic documentation (plans, sections, details) from the 3D model.
- Assistance in model quality control and basic interference verification.
- Maintenance of information and parameters for families and model elements.
- Direct collaboration with BIM coordinators and the project team.
Valuable (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience (internships or previous employment) of 6 months to 1 year in BIM modeling.
- Knowledge in the creation and editing of parameterized families in Revit.
