Requirements

What we're looking for

- Academic training: Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Industrial Project Development, Delineation, or equivalent. Technical engineering will be positively valued.

- Essential software: Expert command of 3D plant design tools (e.g., SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), AVE E3D/PDMS, or AutoCAD Plant 3D) and BIM/CAD software (AutoCAD 2D/3D, Navisworks).

- Specific knowledge: Experience in P&ID interpretation, medium/high-pressure piping design and routing, steam systems, gas/steam turbines, and pipe flexibility.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience performing delineation and design tasks in projects within the Oil & Gas sector, the energy sector, or, preferably, in combined cycle plants.

- High capacity for teamwork and interdisciplinary coordination.

- Orientation toward precision and detail.

- Organizational and time management skills to meet project goals.

- Technical level of English for reading and writing international technical documentation.

The role

What you'll do

Technical Design and Modeling:

- 3D modeling of industrial plants: Develop the integrated model of the combined cycle plant (structures, piping, equipment, and cable routes).

- Detailed drawing delineation: Prepare General Arrangements, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and equipment layout drawings.

- Isometrics and lists: Generate piping isometric drawings with their corresponding Bills of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and assembly.

Technical Coordination and Integration:

- Discipline coordination: Integrate the requirements of the various engineering specialties (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil works) into the global plant model.

- Clash Detection: Execute and resolve collisions in the 3D model to avoid errors and cost overruns during the construction phase.

Document Management and Standards:

- Application of regulations: Ensure that all drawings comply with client specifications, international standards (ASME, ISO, DIN), and applicable local legislation.

- Revision control: Maintain an up-to-date history and version control of drawings throughout the project life cycle.
