The role

What you'll do

Responsible for leading technical decision-making, guaranteeing scalable, secure solutions aligned with the client's business objectives.
Possesses solid knowledge of frameworks within the Java ecosystem such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), as well as microservices design, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions. Expert in systems integration, API definition, and the application of development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns).
Actively participates in technical pre-sales, requirements analysis, and solution definition, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (functional, development, and operations). Additionally, acts as a technical reference, mentoring development teams and ensuring software quality through architecture and code reviews.
Accustomed to working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), with a focus on continuous improvement, automation (CI/CD), and the adoption of innovative technologies. Results-oriented, with high communication capacity and a consultative approach toward the client.
