Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher vocational training cycle or Engineering in the IT area.
At least one year of experience in a similar position, with knowledge and experience in virtualization environments, infrastructure monitoring, and backup management.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows environments, Active Directory.
Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITSM platforms, especially in incident and request management.
Availability to work in a 24x7 operating environment and motivation to continue developing technically. Linux knowledge will be especially valued.
Minimum English level B1

The role

You will join the Datacenter Exploitation and Technical Operations team as an N1 Systems Operator (24x7), providing support for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of infrastructures and systems, as well as the management and resolution of first-level incidents.

Location - Santander

What you'll do

Monitor systems, services, and backups in Datacenter and Cloud environments, ensuring the correct operation of the infrastructure.
Manage first-level incidents, alerts, and requests, performing their follow-up and escalation to the corresponding teams when necessary.
Execute operating procedures and planned tasks following the protocols established by the Operations team.
Provide support and attention to customers, mainly via telephone and through ticketing tools.
Participate in the continuous 24x7 service operation, collaborating with the technical team to guarantee the continuity and availability of the systems.
