Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with integrations and distributed architectures.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Experience in version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
Experience performing code reviews and defining development standards.
Ability to technically lead teams and make architectural decisions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and business profiles.

The role

We want you to be part of our Salesforce Services team, as SALESFORCE TECHNICAL LEADER.

We lead high-impact projects ranging from consulting, implementation, configuration, and parameterization of the different Salesforce clouds, including integration with all of the company's systems.

What you'll do

As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing work teams by distributing workloads and planning tasks among team members.
Additionally, you will be the link between the client, the project manager, and the development team.
