• Vocational training in Electricity or similar.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance of hotels or similar environments.

• Knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance.

At Senator Hotels & Resorts, a hotel chain with over 50 years of experience, we are looking for a Technical Services Tradesperson for our Senator Barajas Hotel establishment, located in Alameda de Osuna, Madrid.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the assigned facilities.

• Perform tests and controls according to protocols to guarantee the safe operation of equipment and infrastructure.

• Monitor water, electricity, and gas consumption, reporting incidents to your supervisor.

• Provide technical support to customers and employees for the safe use of equipment.

• Make proper use of tools, materials, and PPE, requesting replenishment when necessary.

• Record incidents and communicate any anomaly that affects the operation of the hotel.

• Comply with safety procedures and applicable regulations (Occupational Risk Prevention and Legionella).

• Maintain and convey the image and values of the chain in all your actions.
