What you'll do

🍽️ What will your day-to-day consist of?

Support the organization and control of the F&B department's activity.
Supervise, by delegation from the F&B Manager, the work procedures and chain standards.
Coordinate and supervise the team of waiters/waitresses and assistants.
Perform customer service and management tasks at the food and beverage outlets.
Support the management of orders, procurement, and stock control.
Optimize the material and human resources of the area.
Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations, food hygiene, and allergen management.
Guarantee compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention (PRL) measures.
Review and support the updating of the beverage and snack offering.
Convey and ensure the care of the chain's image and values.
