👤 What do we expect from you?

• Compulsory Education or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service in restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably in hotels).

• Certification in Food Handling and HACCP, in-person Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), and training in allergen management and food safety.

• English level A2 (other languages such as French or German are valued).

• Vocation for service, attention to detail, resilience, and capacity for planning and organization.

🍽️ What will your day-to-day consist of?

• Prepare the work areas for service.

• Directly attending to customers regarding food and beverage consumption.

• Preparing simple dishes or meals for consumption.

• Transporting utensils and equipment necessary for service.

• Controlling and checking merchandise and usage objectives of the selection.

• Collaborating with the restaurant/bar manager in the preparation and development of special events.

• Coordinating and supervising the duties specific to the area.

• Informing and advising customers about the composition and preparation of the available products.

• Handling customer complaints.

• Invoicing and processing payments from the customer.

• Ensuring the care of the chain's image and values in all actions carried out.

• Permanent seasonal contract.

• Full-time working day.
