👩🍳 What do we expect from you?

• Intermediate Vocational Training in Cooking or equivalent.

• Certification in Food Handling, HACCP, OSH 50h, and allergen management.

• 1-2 years of experience in professional cooking (hotels, catering, restaurant, or institutional catering).

• Basic level of English (A2) is valued.

• Planning ability, attention to detail, and effective communication.

🍳 What will your day-to-day consist of?

• Prepare and cook food following professional culinary techniques.

• Control the preservation and utilization of products.

• Supervise the proper use of kitchen utensils and equipment, reporting any incidents.

• Collaborate with other catering areas in menu planning, inventories, purchasing, and service setup.

• Follow safety regulations and hygiene-sanitary procedures in the kitchen.

• Coordinate and supervise the staff under your charge, ensuring training and updating of knowledge.

• Convey and care for the image and values of the chain in all your actions within the kitchen.
