At Sener Mobility we are looking to expand our Project Control team with the incorporation of planning engineers for civil infrastructure engineering projects, collaborating with the different international offices (Spain, Portugal, Canada, USA, Middle East, Mexico, Panama, Brazil,...), technical disciplines, project management, clients, etc.

Your mission will be the planning of the assigned project or tender through the development and updating of the baseline schedule and other control systems established according to the needs identified in each case.

Your main duties will be

• To develop the project baseline schedule, coordinating the information received from the different project stakeholders: technical disciplines, partners, subcontractors, contract management, etc.

• To work closely with the Project Management in the control and monitoring of the project sequence and deadlines, anticipating potential schedule-related issues and proposing mitigation measures.

• To periodically update the schedule at its different levels.

• To monitor and report on the degree of compliance with the plan, ensuring accurate and timely reports on work progress, control and monitoring for the Project Management.

• To functionally integrate the information received from the different project stakeholders.

• To participate in project monitoring meetings.

• To facilitate periodic deadline monitoring meetings.

• To assess the impact of delay events on the schedules, as well as those related to change management.

• To ensure the technical quality of the project schedule.

The position can be developed in any of our offices (with remote work days available): Cerdanyola del Vallés (Barcelona), Tres Cantos (Madrid) or Las Arenas (Biscay).
