Requirements

What we're looking for

Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Roads, or similar).
+7 years in construction planning for industrial projects.
Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical sectors.
Experience on-site (site-based) is essential.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).
Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel).
Experience in planning based on quantities and site yields.
Knowledge of project control methodologies (EVM, KPIs, critical path).

We are currently looking for a /an Construction Planning Engineer to join an important multinational company in the Oil&Gas sector.

What you'll do

Preparation of the detailed construction schedule aligned with the project baseline.
Definition and maintenance of the construction WBS, including resources (quantities, yields, and hours).
Monitoring of site progress through progress curves (S-Curve), KPIs, and reporting.
Analysis of deviations, application of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology, and forecasting of schedule impacts.
Proposal of corrective measures and mitigation plans.
Integration of change orders into planning and impact analysis.
Review and validation of subcontractor schedules.
Participation in meetings with the client and coordination with construction teams.
Development of acceleration or recovery plans for the project.
Continuous updating of the schedule based on actual progress.
