Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in software implementation or technology consulting.
Knowledge of system configuration, project management, and user training.
Ability for clear and empathetic communication with the client.
Service and problem-solving orientation.
Autonomy and organizational capacity to manage several implementations at once.
Availability for occasional travel to client facilities.

Nice to have

The role

To guarantee a successful implementation of the software solutions contracted by clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the entire process: from preparation to training and post-implementation support.

What you'll do

🧩 What will you do in your day-to-day?

Analyze client needs and prepare the contracted software solution.
Configure and customize the solution according to the specific requirements of each client.
Coordinate the implementation schedule and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Train end users and the client's technical teams.
Accompany the client during the initial stages of use, resolving doubts and incidents.
Document the implementation process and generate support materials.
Collaborate with development and technical support to continuously improve our solutions.
Travel to client facilities on an occasional basis, when the project requires it.
