HR Recruitment and Administration Technician

At Septeo, we are looking to add a person to our Human Resources team who wants to actively participate in the way we attract talent, support people, and continue improving our processes.

We are not just looking for someone to post offers and manage applications. We are looking for a person with initiative, organized and approachable, who enjoys understanding what each team needs, connecting with candidates, and using technology to make HR processes increasingly agile and human.

You will have a transversal role within the Human Resources area, with a special focus on Talent Acquisition, but you will also participate in processes related to employee experience and the internal management of the area.

Talent Recruitment 

• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, from defining the profile with team managers to the onboarding of the selected person. 

• Post job offers on different recruitment channels and manage the applications received. 

• Perform CV screening and selection interviews. 

• Coordinate interviews with department managers and follow up on the processes. 

• Maintain fluid communication with candidates, guaranteeing a positive experience throughout the process. 

• Use digital tools and Artificial Intelligence to optimize recruitment tasks and improve process efficiency. 

Employee Portal Management 

• Manage and keep the employee portal tool up to date. 

• Provide support to users and resolve doubts and incidents related to its operation. 

• Collaborate in updating content, information, and documentation available on the platform. 

• Propose improvements that facilitate the use of the tool and contribute to improving the employee experience. 

Human Resources Department Support 

• Collaborate in the administrative and operational tasks specific to the department. 

• Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes. 

• Manage and update HR documentation and databases. 

• Participate in projects and initiatives of the People area, as well as in other support tasks depending on the needs of the department.
