Experience leading supervision teams and managing multiple work centers.
Knowledge of economic and budgetary management of contracts, cost control, profitability analysis, and monitoring of management indicators.

We are looking for a Cleaning Services Operations Manager to lead the activity of the Central Zone (Madrid and surroundings). The person hired will be responsible for directing the team of Supervisors, guaranteeing the correct provision of services, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the profitability of the contracts under their responsibility.

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in operations management, team leadership, and business analysis, with the capacity to make decisions, optimize resources, and achieve the economic and operational objectives of the zone.

What you'll do

Lead, coordinate, and develop the team of Cleaning Services Supervisors in the Central Zone.
Guarantee the correct provision of services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and the commitments made to clients.
Manage and analyze the main operational and economic indicators of the zone, looking after contract profitability and cost optimization.
Supervise resource planning, the distribution of centers, and the correct execution of operational activity.
Maintain a direct relationship with strategic clients, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate the implementation of new services and manage the resolution of incidents of special relevance.
Collaborate with the different areas of the company to guarantee efficient management of people, resources, and processes.
Detect opportunities for improvement and growth among clients in the assigned zone.
