We are looking for a Head Chef for collective catering to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the kitchen team, applying their culinary knowledge, and assisting in food preparation and production. You will be responsible for complying with food safety and hygiene standards and maintaining a pleasant and productive work environment. 

What you'll do

  • Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
  • Prepare menus and adapted diets.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
  • Supervise the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders as needed. Receiving raw materials, checking delivery notes, and monitoring stock.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
  • Train new members of the kitchen team in cooking practices and company procedures.
  • Manage the kitchen team and communicate with the client to ensure the best possible service.

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles is valued.
  • Resourceful person with strong communication skills.
