Energy Internship

From Serveo's Energy Division, we are looking for an Energy Intern in Madrid, whose mission will be to collaborate on projects within the Energy Management, monitoring, and energy maintenance area. The selected person will be involved in Serveo's Energy Control Center, located in the tech Hub space, and will interact with the different business lines. They will collaborate directly in the development and implementation of the Company's Energy Maintenance Model, with the objective of increasing the company's annual turnover, generating energy savings in contracts, and improving the economic margin through the proposal of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

• Provide support in the implementation and development of the Company's Energy Maintenance Model.
• Provide support in the planning and ensure its fulfillment for the implementation of the Model.
• Perform detailed energy analyses, identifying the distribution of consumption loads in different types of centers (hospitals, private centers, industries...).
• Provide support in the preparation of consumption Baselines according to the international IPMVP (EVO) protocol.
• Provide support in the identification and development of energy saving proposals, in both their technical and economic components, for presentation to the Business area and to the client.
• Provide support in the writing and preparation of technical reports.
• Provide support in the monitoring of the savings generated by said proposed actions, reporting them through company or office tools (Excel, Power BI...).
• Provide support in the proposal and achievement of energy performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide support in the presentation of the same in the corresponding corporate formats (Power Point).
