The role
We are looking for a Bidding Technician in Madrid, whose mission will be to transform our clients' needs into innovative and competitive projects within the fields of Facility Management, Smart Buildings, Energy Services, and integral infrastructure management. You will work transversally with specialists from Operations, Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Business Development to build differential, high-added-value proposals that contribute to the company's growth.

What you'll do

- Participate in the design and development of Facility Management, Smart Buildings, Energy Services and Comprehensive Maintenance projects for clients in the public sector.
- Analyze the needs and challenges of each project, interpreting technical requirements and transforming them into innovative, efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Design operating models and service solutions that integrate industry best practices, new technologies and approaches focused on the user experience.
- Develop economic-financial models that guarantee the viability, competitiveness and sustainability of the projects.
- Contribute to the definition of differentiated strategies that position our proposals as benchmarks in quality, innovation, sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Participate in the development of new services, solutions and value propositions linked to digitalization, Smart Buildings, energy efficiency and decarbonization.
