  • Experience in implementing Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies in industrial Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects/Maintenance environments within an industrial company will be valued.

  • Advanced level of Excel and Power BI tools.
  • Minimum C1 level of English.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

  • Development of projects, definition of plans to be implemented and management of their consolidation.

  • Performing value stream analysis (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes.
  • Delivering training to client teams in LEAN methodologies. 
  • Implementation of Strategic Improvement Plans, providing support in the operational management routines of middle managers or senior management at the client site.
