Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
Experience in functional analysis of BackOffice systems.
Experience in requirements definition and preparation of functional documentation.
Experience in REST API design.
Experience in SQL relational database design and modeling.
Knowledge of microservices-based architectures.
Experience in Cloud environments.
C1 English, necessary for communication in international projects.
University Degree or Higher Level Vocational Training.
Availability to undertake occasional international travel.

Nice to have

Experience in Tolling systems and toll management.
Knowledge of trip assembly processes, OCR recognition, manual image validation, and rating.
Experience in integration with external systems.
Participation in international projects, especially in the United States or Australia.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, DOORS, and Rhapsody tools.

The role

At SGTech, we are looking to hire a BackOffice Functional Analyst with experience in requirements analysis, functional design, and systems integration, to participate in international technological projects in the mobility and transport sector.

The selected person will work on the evolution of BackOffice platforms, participating in the functional design of solutions based on microservices architectures, REST APIs, relational databases, and Cloud environments.

The position requires the ability to communicate with international clients and teams, as well as experience in the definition, documentation, and validation of functional requirements.

Experience in Tolling systems (toll management) will be especially valued, although it is not essential.

What you'll do

Analysis and definition of functional requirements for BackOffice systems.
Participation in the functional design of microservices-based solutions.
Communication with international clients and stakeholders.
Preparation of functional documentation and requirements traceability.
Functional support to development teams and validation of deliverables.
Participation in the evolution of systems in Cloud environments.

How you'll work

Reference center: San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).
Work modality: Possibility of 100% remote work, pending confirmation.
Travel: Approximately two trips per year, each lasting one week.
Shifts: No.
On-call: No.
