Data Science Specialist

• Experience: More than 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with exposure to the financial, insurance, or strategic consulting sectors. More than 3 years building conversational assistants.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and SQL. Solid experience with Machine Learning libraries. Solid experience in solutions for building agents (Google Conversational Agents).
• Cloud & MLOps: Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and knowledge in model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
  

• Education: Degree or Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines.
  

Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and communicating new trends in information analysis, as well as implementing and incorporating them into the corporate analytical solutions catalog so that the company uses information more efficiently and makes better business decisions based on them, all while following both internal policies and current data processing regulations.

• Develop predictive models: You will lead the creation of Machine Learning algorithms focused on the sale of new products (purchase propensity), fraud prevention, and customer retention (Churn).
• Develop conversational assistants: You will build conversational agents to facilitate operations with both internal and external clients.
• Technological innovation: You will research and apply advanced GenAI techniques to improve our services and automate internal processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You will work hand in hand with business teams, data engineers, and software engineers to translate complex challenges into scalable data solutions.

• Soft Skills: Initiative, planning and coordination skills, ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize; ease of communication and knowledge transfer, aptitude for teamwork, ability to prepare documentation of a certain complexity and to negotiate within their area of work; learning capacity and flexibility.
