We are currently looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer with experience in Microservices who wants to develop their career at GFT. You will also have the opportunity to work with other technologies such as Kafka, CI/CD, Cloud, etc. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic person interested in joining our international projects team.
Although they will depend on your profile and experience, in general your main duties would include:
Analyze and program both existing code and from scratch, and maintain software modules of medium complexity, working from detailed requirements and specifications provided orally and in writing.
Review other developers' code and provide improvement suggestions.
Provide support to more junior profiles, acting as a point of reference when they need help or assistance on specific topics.
Help develop prototypes of software modules and applications.
Develop unit tests and take responsibility for unit testing your own code. Consolidate knowledge of all testing and bug tracking tools and templates used within the project.
Participate in different phases of the development lifecycle.
