Financial Teleoperator Afternoon Shift (Permanent)

-Availability to work in the afternoon shift from Monday to Friday.

-Communication skills and a clear customer orientation.

-Ability to provide quality customer service and foster loyalty.

-Ease in using and learning office tools.

-Previous sales experience will be valued.

-Previous experience in the financial or banking sector will be valued

• 30-hour work week with a fixed afternoon schedule from 15:00 to 21:00, Monday to Friday.
• Fixed salary of €1,098 gross/month + commissions (up to €400 gross/month) + additional incentives (gift cards).
• 1 day of remote work per week.
• Selective 5-day prior training so that you are 100% prepared. From October 14th to 20th from 9:00 to 15:00 (first 3 days online and last 2 days in the office)
• Location: Polígono Casablanca in Torrejón de Ardoz, with a shuttle from the Soto del Henares station and free parking for those who come by car.

• You will mainly contact customers who have previously obtained financing products from this entity, to whom we will propose the reactivation of financial products or the activation of available cash transfers. You will detect new financial needs and offer personalized solutions, tailored to the customer.
• You will handle calls from the bank's customers, helping them with their inquiries and detecting cross-selling opportunities, offering credit or insurance options.
• You will evaluate the feasibility of each operation, collaborating to ensure the process is completed successfully. You will contribute to customer loyalty, strengthening their bond with the entity through close, professional, and results-oriented service.
