Workforce Mobility Lead

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Organizational Psychology, or similar.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in operational planning, project management, or similar positions.
• Experience in transversal coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and indicator monitoring.
• Advanced level of Excel and knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
• Capacity for organization, communication, influence, and results orientation.

• Experience in BPO environments, Contact Centers, or companies with high-volume operations, as well as in internal mobility, organizational change, or Workforce Management, will be valued.

At Servinform, we are looking to hire a Workforce Mobility Lead to lead and coordinate the internal employee mobility process between the company's different services.

You will be a key figure in the coordination between Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Recruitment, and HR, driving agile, efficient, and transparent internal mobility that allows for talent optimization and responds to the company's operational needs.

• Lead internal mobility: manage the end-to-end processes of employee relocation between services, campaigns, and operations, ensuring an organized and efficient transition.
• Coordinate teams and areas: work transversally with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Recruitment, and HR to guarantee the success of every movement.
• Manage follow-up: supervise deadlines, milestones, commitments, and incidents, anticipating risks and driving corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage stakeholders: maintain fluid communication with service managers and leaders, aligning expectations, facilitating agreements, and unblocking complex situations.
• Drive data-driven decision-making: design and maintain dashboards, analyze indicators, and prepare executive reports on vacancies, assignments, training, transitions, and productivity.
• Identify improvement opportunities: detect trends, risks, and needs, proposing solutions that optimize the utilization of internal talent.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, guaranteeing the traceability, transparency, and efficiency of mobility initiatives.
