Quality Manager - with English

• Specific certifications or courses in the quality field, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or other relevant accreditations, will be positively valued.

• English level B2.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to lead the implementation and management of the quality system in a large-scale technological construction project. The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, materials, and completed works meet the highest quality standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations. This strategic position is crucial to guaranteeing operational excellence and client satisfaction in a highly technical and demanding environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Plan, adapting it to the particularities of data center construction.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of necessary quality procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, client specifications, and ISO regulations (especially ISO 9001).
• Conduct periodic quality inspections on site, process and product audits, verifying the conformity of materials and work execution.
• Manage and coordinate the quality technician team, if applicable.
• Identify non-conformities, investigate their root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the qualification and ongoing evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring their quality standards align with those of the project.
• Coordinate and prepare the necessary documentation for internal and external quality audits.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and raise quality awareness among all project personnel.
• Prepare quality reports and report to the Project Director on system performance.

• University degree in Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Manager or Quality Management roles on large construction projects, preferably in the industrial, energy, or technology sectors (especially data centers).
• Solid knowledge and implementation of quality management systems.
• Experience conducting quality audits (internal and/or external).
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proactivity, rigor, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Proficiency in office tools and management software.
