Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Product Ownership: 5+ years owning digital products in agile teams, with a strong track record of shipped outcomes — not just delivered features.
  • AI / Data Fluency: Comfortable working on AI, ML, or data-heavy products. You don’t need to write the code, but you need to understand what’s possible and what’s hard.
  • Discovery & Delivery: Solid skills in user research, requirements gathering, and modern agile practices (story mapping, OKRs, dual-track agile).
  • Tooling: Hands-on with the standard product toolkit (Jira / Linear, Figma, product analytics, etc.).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to bridge deeply technical engineers and senior business stakeholders.
  • You have 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, ideally in a B2B, industrial, or AI-heavy context.
  • You are a pragmatist who values shipping over perfect plans.
  • You enjoy spending time with engineers and understanding the systems being built, not just the roadmap on the wall.
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy — you don’t wait for someone else to set the direction.

The role

You’re a product person who would rather sit next to the engineers shipping the product than spend your days in steering committees. We need someone who can turn ambitious AI and digital product ideas into clear, shippable roadmaps — and stay in the room while we build them.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will own the product direction and delivery of one or more of our flagship digital and AI-powered products. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineering leads, designers, and business stakeholders to turn ambitious goals into a sharp, prioritized backlog — and stay close enough to the work that you actually understand what’s being built.

What you'll do

  • Own the Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap for your product area, balancing user needs, business value, and engineering reality.
  • Translate Strategy into Backlog: Break down ambiguous problems into well-scoped epics and stories that engineers can pick up and ship.
  • Partner with Engineering: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with AI, full-stack, and data engineers — making real-time trade-off calls as we build.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Be the trusted voice of the product to business stakeholders; gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress honestly.
  • Measure What Matters: Define success metrics for your products, instrument them, and use the data to decide what to build (or stop building) next.
