The role

What you'll do

We are currently looking for a person to fill the position of Maintenance Technician for our factory in Les Franqueses del Vallés (Barcelona). The main functions will be:

1. Performing minimalist and preventive maintenance of machines, facilities, and work equipment in the plant.

2. Carrying out corrective maintenance of the plant's machinery, work equipment, and facilities.

3. Computerized recording of maintenance actions according to established procedures.

Collaboration in performing inventories.

4. Collaboration on new projects and commissioning of machinery

5. Assembly of electrical panels and motors

6. Management and contact with industrial suppliers and external services.

7. Management of the PRISMA 4 integral maintenance program.

8. Implementation and commissioning of new equipment and/or facilities, as well as adjustments and improvements to existing ones.

9. Control of technical documentation for good department management.

- Spare parts stock control

- Detect, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults

- Willingness to take on any position in the factory (production worker, mortar mixer, paint mixer and forklift operator).

10. Maintain the correct state and order of maintenance tools and facilities.

11. Perform periodic inspections and safety checks, proposing improvements and action plans to avoid unplanned downtime

12. Collaborate in the setup and startup of lines/products, adjusting equipment and parameters according to technical specifications

13. Coordination with production, quality, and planning to prioritize interventions and ensure the correct execution of work
