Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention.

• Previous experience in OHS, especially in coordination and prevention management.

• Knowledge of OHS regulations.

• Experience managing risk assessments, preventive documentation, and action plans.

• Valuable experience in retail or companies with multiple work centers.

• Availability for occasional travel to our stores.

The Occupational Risk Prevention Technician will be our internal point of reference regarding OHS, ensuring that prevention is integrated into Singularu's day-to-day life and, especially, in our stores and offices.

Their main mission will be to coordinate, supervise, and monitor all of the company's preventive management, working hand in hand with the External Prevention Service and the different internal teams.

• Be the internal point of reference in OHS: Coordinate prevention at Singularu, providing support to Retail and central services.

• Supervise the External Prevention Service: Coordinate and monitor the work of external technicians, ensuring that evaluations, reviews, and preventive actions are carried out correctly and on time.

• Guarantee regulatory compliance: Ensure that our stores and offices comply with legal obligations regarding OHS.

• Manage preventive documentation: Keep documentation, risk assessments, action plans, and necessary records up to date.

• Monitor preventive measures: Detect pending actions, coordinate those responsible, and ensure they are carried out and closed.

• Work hand in hand with Retail: Coordinate with store teams to communicate preventive measures and resolve day-to-day needs.

• Manage accidents and emergencies: Coordinate the management and investigation of workplace accidents, as well as the monitoring of corrective measures, emergencies, evacuations, and drills.

• Coordinate openings and changes of centers: Ensure that new openings, renovations, or modifications of our stores have the necessary preventive measures.

• Manage CAE: Supervise the coordination of business activities and the preventive documentation of suppliers and external companies.

• Analyze and improve: Develop indicators and detect opportunities for improvement to ensure that prevention becomes increasingly agile and effective.
