Distribution Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of demonstrable experience in stock planning, allocation, or retail distribution.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (essential). We are looking for someone with absolute mastery of data, complex formulas, and the analysis of large databases.

• High analytical level and a 100% data-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and make business decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience working in the fashion, accessories, jewelry, or physical retail sector managing a high volume of SKUs.

• Knowledge or experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar) for analysis and reporting.

The Distribution Analyst role is an important piece within our Product team. They ensure that every Joya is in the right store, at the right time, and in the optimal quantity.

Your main mission will be to guarantee an efficient distribution of our stock across the physical store network, optimizing availability, turnover, and sell-through, maximizing sales, and minimizing overstock.

• Initial distribution: Assign quantities per store for each launch, adapting distribution according to store typology and cluster. Coordination with Planning and Product to ensure coherence with the commercial strategy.

• Replenishment and redistribution: Analyze actual sales and adjust stock between stores, detect out-of-stocks and overstocks, propose and execute internal merchandise movements.

• Analysis and optimization: Monitor key KPIs, such as: Sell-through, Turnover, Coverage per store, % out-of-stocks, Identify patterns by cluster, Propose improvements in distribution rules.

You will work closely with the Planning (forecast and buying), Retail, and Operations teams.

What indicators do we use?: Improvement of global sell-through; reduction of out-of-stocks in top stores; reduction of overstock in low stores; optimization of internal transfers and agility in post-launch redistribution.
