• From day one of your 12-month program, you'll take on responsibility, support our operational goals, and contribute to greater efficiency and shared success within the team After successfully completing the program, you'll be placed directly into a leadership role anywhere in Spain.
• You gain a comprehensive overview of key business areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, and continue to develop according to clear learning and performance goals
• You work in day-to-day operations from day one, get to know our essential roles such as Rental Sales Agent, and receive support through training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies
• You'll work closely with Branch Managers and Area Managers to learn leadership directly on the job   
• Living in Valencia is essential, with the possibility of relocating to Murcia or Castellón. 

• Growth mindset You have a degree or experience managing teams, working in sales and customer service, tourism, hospitality, or management.
• Leadership potential and entrepreneurial spirit You have a practical, proactive mindset, you don't wait for instructions, and you take the initiative.
• Communication excellence You have strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Proactive attitude You work independently, solve problems, and take responsibility.
• Flexibility You are open to rotating across different locations and branches.
• Mobility availability You have a valid driver's license.
