The role

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our fleet department you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the follow-up of vehicle sales, updating databases, and resolving incidents with customers and suppliers.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the follow-up of vehicle sales associated with the Car Sales area
You will carry out the department's administrative tasks, providing support to the team in managing the available fleet, as well as supporting vehicle invoicing
You will update the database with vehicle status (accidents, availability, etc.)
You will manage contact with customers/suppliers via phone/email to resolve incidents
