The role

Skello is the AI-powered HR management solution for frontline teams.

HR tools were designed for offices, yet 55% of the active workforce works on their feet and deserves technology built for the field. Our mission is to improve their everyday work life.

For managers and HR leaders, Skello offers seamless management from hiring to payroll: our AI automates time-consuming tasks so they can plan ahead and stay in control. For frontline teams, Skello guarantees a smooth, collaborative experience from day one.

In July 2026, we reached a major milestone with the announcement of a €200 million funding round to accelerate our growth.

After 10 years listening to our customers, this new chapter reflects our conviction: technology should support and enable work, never replace people.

Our ambition is to become the go-to AI HR management solution for every frontline team in Europe.

Skello is entering the Italian market, and we're building the team from the ground up. As Team Leader BDR, you will work hand in hand with the Country Manager Italy to launch and scale our outbound engine in Italy.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from scratch: you won't inherit a playbook, you'll help write it. You'll take ownership of the outbound strategy, hire and coach the first BDRs on the ground, and lay the foundations of a high-performing team that will drive Skello's growth across Italy.

You'll be a hands-on player-coach: close to the day-to-day activity of your reps, close to the numbers, and close to the market while contributing directly to the commercial strategy for a brand-new territory.

Your objective: ensure the individual success of every BDR on your team, and the success of the team as a whole, while building outbound from zero to a scalable, repeatable engine.

What you'll do

  • Build and lead the outbound BDR team in Italy from the ground up, in close collaboration with the Country Manager

  • Define and continuously improve outbound processes, messaging, and sequences adapted to the Italian market

  • Own the day-to-day activity and pipeline generation targets of your team, ensuring consistent performance across reps

  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp up new BDRs, bringing them to full productivity after their training period

  • Stay on top of sales enablement best practices and make sure your team masters outbound techniques and messaging

  • Foster knowledge-sharing within the team, leveraging each rep's strengths for the benefit of the whole team

  • Develop a strong team spirit, driving engagement, well-being, and retention in a fast-growing, early-stage team

  • Proactively support each team member's development soft skills, hard skills, and career progression within Skello's career plan

  • Act as a hands-on leader, supporting your BDRs on methodology, daily organization, activity levels, and any topic impacting performance

  • Bring feedback and market insights to the Country Manager to help shape Skello's go-to-market in Italy
