Skello is the AI solution for HR management of field teams.
HR tools were designed for offices, yet 55% of the active population works on their feet and deserves technology designed for the field.
Our mission is to improve their daily lives.
For managers and HR leaders, Skello offers fluid management from hiring to the payslip: our AI automates time-consuming tasks so they can anticipate and supervise while maintaining total control. For teams, Skello guarantees a seamless and collaborative experience from their very first day.
In July 2026, we reached a major milestone with the announcement of 200 million euros in funding to accelerate our development.
After 10 years spent listening to our customers, this new chapter materializes our conviction: technology must assist and facilitate work, without ever replacing humans.
Our ambition is to be the reference AI HR management solution for all field teams in Europe.
Onboarding is when retention is won or lost. A client who takes time to see Skello's value is a client who doubts. Your mission: minimize the delay between signing and the first actual use of the product.
Our client base is constantly growing (Mass Market sector), and we are looking for a new Customer Onboarding Manager to strengthen the team.
You are not just a trainer. You are the one who ensures as many clients as possible reach Skello's value, as quickly as possible - without ever sacrificing the quality of support.
You will report to the Revenue Squad of your sector, alongside a Head of Sales, BDRs, and AEs, with a common goal: transforming a sale into an active, satisfied client who is ready to hand over to the Account Manager under the best possible conditions.
On a daily basis:
You lead training sessions, both in groups and individually, to help your clients build their skills on the tool
You continuously follow a portfolio of approximately XX accounts: you know at any moment where each client stands in their journey
You actively follow up to drive actual product usage: reducing no-shows, unblocking unpaid invoices, and prompting the next appointment, until the client uses the tool on a daily basis
You detect signals and escalate upsell opportunities: churn is the squad's responsibility; with the support of sales, you are a key player in saving a wavering client
You keep your CRM up to date: it is your daily management tool, not just a reporting layer for others
