The selected person will assume a role with a high component of management, coordination, and advisory in Occupational Health and Safety matters, actively participating in the definition, monitoring, and improvement of the company's prevention strategy.

We are looking for a senior profile, with consolidated experience in prevention management, the ability to work autonomously, and the technical criteria to advise managers and teams, coordinate different stakeholders, and promote the continuous improvement of the prevention culture.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate prevention management across the company's various workplaces.
Coordinate the identification and assessment of occupational risks and monitor preventive action plans.
Design, propose, and monitor preventive and corrective measures.
Provide technical advice to area managers and teams regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
Coordinate activities related to health surveillance and medical examinations.
Plan and coordinate training and awareness actions regarding OHS.
Investigate occupational accidents and incidents, identifying causes and proposing corrective and preventive measures.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of preventive measures.
Coordinate and monitor prevention documentation and associated records.
Participate in internal and external prevention audits, monitoring the resulting actions.
Monitor the coordination of business activities (CAE) when necessary.
Collaborate with different areas of the company to integrate prevention into business processes and activities.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose initiatives aimed at reinforcing the prevention culture.
