Administrative Support Intern

We are looking to hire an Administrative Support Intern to provide administrative support to a project developed from our Zaragoza headquarters, under a training internship agreement modality.

• Support in administrative tasks and document management linked to the project.

• Registration, updating, and organization of administrative information and documentation.

• Support in cash counts and bank reconciliations.

• Collaboration in basic accounting tasks and registration of operations using IT tools.

• Occasional administrative support in Human Resources processes.

• Coordination and communication with the team, following the rules and instructions established at the workplace.

• Modality: training internship via agreement with a training center or collaborating entity.

• Location: Zaragoza.

• Period and schedule: to be defined based on the candidate's availability and the conditions of the training agreement.

• Real experience in administrative management tasks within a professional environment.

• Guidance and monitoring during the internship period.

• Participation in a real project, with progressive learning adapted to the training itinerary.

• Organized, responsible, and methodical person.

• Ability to learn and a proactive attitude.

• Good communication and ease of integrating into a work team.

• Rigor and confidentiality in the handling of information.

• Commitment to tasks and the instructions of the tutor team.

• Currently studying a course related to Administrative Management or similar and needing to complete an internship to finish it.

• Interest in developing practical experience in administrative tasks and project support.

• Basic handling of office tools and ease in learning new applications.

• Ability to organize information and work with attention to detail.
