We are looking for an HR Trainee to join the Human Resources team, collaborating in the various processes of the area and participating in initiatives that contribute to people development and the improvement of the employee experience.

Provide support to the Human Resources team in the coordination and monitoring of processes linked to training, recruitment, internal communication, employee experience, and cross-functional projects of the area, contributing to improving the organization, traceability, and execution of People initiatives.

• Support in the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of corporate training actions.

• Maintenance and updating of Human Resources databases (ERP).

• Support in the preparation of communications, presentations, and corporate materials for the area.

• Support in the definition, updating, and documentation of Human Resources processes and procedures.

• Collaboration in culture and engagement initiatives.

• Support in corporate People projects (Performance Evaluation, Training, DPO, Climate Survey, etc.).

• Handling and channeling of internal inquiries related to the processes of the area.

• Participation in improvement and optimization actions for HR processes.
