About the role

⭐ Join a great team!

As a Senior HR Consultant, your main mission will be to participate autonomously in all phases of implementation, maintenance, and evolution of Payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A) solutions for our clients, ensuring the technical and functional quality of the solution and actively contributing to their satisfaction.

You will work alongside your teammates to ensure an excellent experience, bringing your technical-functional expertise in HR Access and your deep knowledge of payroll and attendance processes.

What you'll do

You will be part of the technical area, participating in end-to-end projects and the full service lifecycle:

  • Functional and technical analysis of Payroll and T&A requirements.
  • Configuration, parameterization, and development on HR Access.
  • Design and execution of test plans (unit, regression, UAT).
  • Documentation of new functionalities, enhancements, and changes.
  • Coordination with Project Managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Participation in workshops, committees, and technical meetings with clients.
  • Mentoring junior/mid-level profiles and contributing technical and functional best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and industrialization.
  • Ensuring the consistency of your deliverables with the overall project architecture.

What you'll get

  • 🏠 Real hybrid work: 2 days of remote work per week to balance work and life without giving up teamwork and a proper on-site onboarding.
  • ⏰ Flexibility that shows: Flexible Schedule and short Fridays, planned with your team and clients so that delivery and your personal life go hand in hand.
  • 🌴 30 working days of vacation: Truly disconnect. We want you to come back with energy... and new ideas.
  • 🎁 Benefits that fit you: A flexible benefits system, designed so you can choose what truly adds value to you.
  • 🚀 Continuous learning: Training in technologies, methodologies, soft skills, and languages. You bring the curiosity; we provide the roadmap and resources.
  • 📈 Clear career path: A common framework across the entire Sopra Steria Group so you can see your next step (and the one after) with aligned objectives and expectations.
  • 🤝 Community and events: Several events throughout the year because networking and having fun also boost your career.
