About the role

At Sopra Steria we are looking to hire an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to collaborate on a Public Administration project.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the technical team, assign tasks, and ensure the quality of the Identity and Access Management service.
  • Act as the technical and operational escalation point.
  • Access governance: define roles, policies, and permissions.
  • User lifecycle management: automated onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • Identity security: implement SSO, MFA, and control unauthorized access.
  • Administer IAM tools such as Active Directory or Keycloak.
  • Audit and compliance: ensure adherence to regulations (ENS, GDPR) and generate evidence.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Requirements for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager role:

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. (MANDATORY)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Experience with authentication protocols and standards: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect..
  • Experience with identity directories: LDAP, Azure AD.
  • Experience in permission and role management (RBAC/ABAC)
  • Experience with IAM platforms (OIM, OKTA, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD..)
  • ITIL v4 certification
  • High level of Basque (minimum B2) (MANDATORY)
