The role

We are looking for an IAM Project Manager with experience in identity and access management, to lead implementations in corporate environments.

You will join projects where you will play a key role, coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the correct implementation of IAM solutions.

Leading IAM solution implementation projects in corporate environments and public administrations.
Coordinating technical teams and managing client relationships.
Defining identity management strategies aligned with the business.
Supervising solution implementation activities in different environments.
Managing risks, resolving conflicts, and facilitating teamwork.

How you'll work

Location: Madrid | Work model: Hybrid

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree, Engineering, or Master's degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
Certifications:
- Valuable to hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, COMPTIA SECURITY+, or similar.
- Valuable to hold project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Experience: At least 5 years as a project manager in IAM solution implementations in large corporations.
Knowledge and skills:
- Essential to have experience in identity and access management.
- Knowledge of directories and authentication protocols: LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, MFA.
- Knowledge of identity federation and related protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
- Cloud identity solutions: Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity.
- Communication skills, strategic vision, and ability to manage conflicts.
Languages: Spanish and English (B2 level).
