The role

🌍 WORK AT AN INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS IN FIRA BARCELONA!

At Staff Global Group, we are selecting stewards/stewardesses with a C1 English level or higher to work at an important international congress that will be held at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, from November 2 to 4, 2026.

We are looking for professional, dynamic, and resourceful people with excellent communication skills, accustomed to working in public-facing roles and capable of interacting fluently in English within an international environment.

What you'll do

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

  • Reception, welcoming, and assisting international attendees.
  • Information and guidance within the venue.
  • Access control and accreditation verification.
  • Accompanying and assisting speakers and participants.
  • Support in conference rooms and sessions.
  • Managing inquiries and resolving basic incidents.
  • Logistical and organizational support during the congress.
  • Coordination with managers from the different areas.

How you'll work

  • Congress: Monday 2, Tuesday 3, and Wednesday 4 of November 2026.

⚠️ FULL AVAILABILITY FOR ALL THREE DAYS OF THE CONGRESS (NOVEMBER 2, 3, AND 4) IS ESSENTIAL.

We have different positions and schedules available, which will be communicated during the selection process.

  • Permanent discontinuous contract.
  • Service from November 2 to 4.
  • Different positions available within the congress.
  • Specific schedules according to the assigned position.
  • Prior training on October 31.

The following will be especially valued

  • Previous experience as a steward/stewardess at international congresses.
  • Experience in professional trade fairs, accreditations, customer service, or corporate events.
  • Knowledge of the Fira Barcelona Gran Via venue.
  • Proficiency in other languages.

Mandatory uniform

  • Official congress polo shirt (provided by the organization).
  • Black dress pants.
  • Black ballet flats.
  • Black dress shoes.
