What you'll do

Atenció presencial i telefònica personalitzada a socis, clients i visitants (nacionals i internacionals).

Gestió de tràmits administratius vinculats als abonaments, altes, baixes i modificacions de dades de l'entitat.

Resolució d'incidències, consultes i reclamacions de manera eficient i amb un tracte excel·lent.

Assessorament i informació sobre serveis, avantatges exclusius, esdeveniments i accessos a les instal·lacions.

Suport logístic i operatiu en dies de partit o esdeveniments especials regulats per l'entitat.

How you'll work

Tipus de jornada: Disposem de diferents opcions horàries segons necessitats del servei:

Jornada completa: De 9:00 h a 18:00 h (8 hores de feina amb descans).

Jornada parcial (Matins): De 9:00 h a 13:30 h.

Jornada parcial (Tardes): De 13:30 h a 18:00 h.

Requirements

Idiomes: Domini excel·lent del català (obligatori) i un bon nivell d'anglès (es valoraran altres idiomes).

Imatge i actitud: Excel·lent presència, puntualitat rigorosa, empatia i habilitats comunicatives.

Disponibilitat: Flexibilitat total per treballar caps de setmana, festius i períodes de vacances (especialment juliol, agost i Nadal).
