Beverage Manager & Event Maitre

• Training related to hospitality, tourism, event management, or similar fields.
• Specific training in beverages, wines, or hospitality.
• High level of English.
• 5 years of experience in similar positions in catering, events, hotels, or premium dining.
• Experience managing high-volume setup, floor, and beverage teams.
• Leadership, planning, and organizational skills, customer and results orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills.

· Immediate start. Contract until mid-September.

· Salary: €3,636.36 gross/month.

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Beverage Manager & Event Maître who wants to be part of a corporate, institutional, and private event management team. If you enjoy coordinating teams, resolving incidents in real time, and guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction, we want you with us!

• Design beverage proposals adapted to the events,
• Premium bar management. Supervision of beverage staff and control of costs and profitability.
• Preparation of operational plans, layouts, service flows, and schedules.
• General supervision of complex high-volume events and VIP events.
• Supervision of setups, coordination with different areas: kitchen, logistics, warehouse, production, and external suppliers, guaranteeing standards.
• Direct setup, floor, and beverage teams. Participate in the various processes of training, selection, and continuous capacity building.
• Lead the execution of services during events: briefings, supervision of customer service, resolution of incidents.
• Technical visits for the detection of needs and opportunities for improvement.

Office - Coslada.

Attendance at events outside the office will be required.

• Full-time.
• Approximate schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Important: as these are events, schedule availability is required due to the variability of the hours.
