STEF, a specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for its Alcalá branch on a permanent contract.

This is an operational management position in the logistics area, where you will be responsible for managing a team of people with the aim of understanding, following, and communicating the objectives, as well as identifying and developing the skills of collaborators.

What you'll do

Plan, distribute, and follow up on the tasks of the team in charge, based on schedules and the needs of the moment.
Carry out the maintenance of the organization, order, and cleanliness of the work area.
Preparing shift schedules for subsequent validation by the supervisor.
Ensuring proper integration (welcome, training, support) of new team members.
Reporting all activity indicators and proposing areas for improvement.
