STEF, a specialist in transport and logistics activities, is looking to strengthen its HR team in the Henares Corridor area (Madrid) by hiring a Human Resources Manager, on a permanent contract, to cover a replacement.

As Human Resources Manager, you will play a strategic and operational role, with the mission of implementing HR policy, supporting teams, and contributing to the development of the branches in the area.

• Recruitment and selection: Manage the selection processes according to the operational and organizational needs of the branches.
• Training and development: Coordinate training and development actions, identify short and medium-term needs, and support teams in implementing defined plans.
• Occupational risk prevention: Lead the application of occupational risk prevention guidelines, in coordination with the involved departments, promoting safe and healthy working environments.
• Personnel cost control: Monitor and control personnel costs, including overtime, temporary employment agencies, variable remuneration, and absenteeism, proposing necessary improvement measures.
• Workplace climate and labor relations: Promote a positive workplace climate and maintain fluid and constructive communication with the legal representatives of the workers:
  • Participate in collective bargaining and ensure the correct application of agreements.
  • Manage labor conflicts and coordinate disciplinary procedures.
  • Advise managers and teams on labor matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing legal risks.
• Operational management: Support branch management in planning and decision-making related to organization, resources, and HR indicators, contributing to the achievement of operational objectives.
• Personnel management: Oversee the onboarding processes, personnel administration, professional development, and offboarding, ensuring the correct application of company policies and procedures.

• Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of experience in generalist or responsible HR positions, preferably in industrial, logistics, or operational environments.
• Knowledge: Solid experience in labor relations, labor legislation, and occupational risk prevention. Knowledge of HR indicator management and analysis will be valued.
• Skills: Ability to develop people, foster cooperation and team spirit, results-oriented, with influencing skills, adaptability, and change management.
• Availability: Availability to travel within the region and provide support to the branches in the area.
