What you'll do
- Manage customer incidents by telephone to provide information regarding their delivery status.
- Track shipments through the information system.
- Perform document management (delivery notes, identification labels...)
- Coordinate with other departments such as traffic or loading dock in relation to priorities and rescheduling.
