• Vocational training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in logistics, administration, or transport.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position managing teams, ideally in the logistics field (large retail distribution, industry, or business services).
• A person accustomed to working with indicators and focused on results.

• Working in a dynamic environment where you will integrate with the delegation team.
• Develop your communication, planning, and teamwork skills by implementing operational projects.

STEF, a specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is looking for a Team Leader for its Torrejón de Ardoz branch, on a permanent contract.

This is an operational management position in the logistics area, where you will manage a team of people with the goal of knowing, following, and communicating objectives, as well as identifying and developing the skills of collaborators.

• Plan, distribute, and follow up on the tasks of the team in charge, based on schedules and the needs of the moment.
• Carry out the maintenance of the organization, order, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Preparing shift schedules for subsequent validation by the supervisor.
• Ensuring proper integration (welcome, training, support) of new team members.
• Reporting all activity indicators and proposing areas for improvement.
