STEF Santa Perpetua is looking for a Quality and Food Safety Technician M/F to join the Quality Control team.

You will join the Quality Control and Food Safety team at STEF.

This is a technical position in the area of food quality and safety, where you will be responsible for supervising the status of ongoing projects.

What you'll do

Health inspections and client visits.
On-site verification of the documentation system.
Certification audits.
Implementation of standards.
Management and control of non-conformities.
Preparation, updating, and communication of the documentation system and procedures.
Staff training on food quality and safety matters.
Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system (HACCP and IFS).
Preparing quality reports (periodic reports, scheduled audits), reporting results to Management.
Compliance with the requirements set by the various standards, opening non-conformities and providing support to resolve incidents.
Training collaborators on Good Practices and established requirements.
Supporting managers to ensure compliance with assigned responsibilities.
