Essential:

• ☁️ Cloud: Solid knowledge of AWS and/or Azure (instance management, storage, networks)

• 🐧 Systems: Experience in Linux and Windows Server

You will be a key piece in the company's technological support, ensuring that both the internal team and clients always have tools and infrastructure running at the highest level.

Your day-to-day will include:

• 🔍 Diagnose and resolve technical incidents regarding hardware, software, and connectivity

• 🤝 Provide direct support to internal users and clients with a close and decisive attitude

• ☁️ Manage and maintain cloud environments in AWS and Azure

• 🐧 Administer Linux and Windows systems at an advanced user level

• 📈 Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures
