We are actively developing our website ecosystem, experimenting with approaches to performance, SEO, and UX, and collaborating closely with the marketing and other teams to achieve common business goals.

• Have experience working with WordPress;
• Have practically worked with a headless CMS approach;
• Work confidently with JavaScript (ES6+);
• Have dealt with Tailwind CSS and Webpack;
• Understand the principles of web performance optimization and have experience improving Core Web Vitals;
• Are oriented in technical SEO and web best practices;
• Have experience working with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar services);
• Understand the basic principles of web security and OWASP;
• Have experience conducting or supporting A/B testing;
• Work comfortably in an Agile/Scrum environment and task-tracking systems;
• Know how to communicate effectively with both technical teams and marketing stakeholders.

• English at a level of B1 (Intermediate+) or higher for writing documentation and communicating with colleagues;
• The ability to transform business needs into technical solutions;
• Proactivity and an ownership approach to tasks;
• Attention to detail, performance, and user experience;
